Lining: Viscose 100%
Pure wool fabric was chosen for our designs with sufficiency study into the history of cloaks.
Linennaive believes a must have cloak should be THE MOST DURABLE.
We use only the longest fibers, averaging 39-42mm long.
That's about 30% longer than regular Grade A wool.
The longer the fiber, the longer the cloaks lasts.
We pay the nomadic herders 50% more than traditional traders.
We make everything ourselves (no middlemen).
So the customers pay 50% less.
Fair to them, fair to us, fair to you.
It's that simple.

You have the right to return all products you have bought from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new condition (ie: unworn and tags are still attached).
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Do not sent it directly to the address on the parcel. Maybe it’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouse, and which is not correct.
