The cape is handmade, and the size is approximate; the actual color may be slightly different from the actual product due to the screen display.
The handmade cape made of alpaca wool has a different texture from the machine-made fabric. Different styles of capes have different touches due to different wool materials, ingredients, and weaving methods.
Llama wool is taken from the big alpaca Llama. The texture is naturally rough and tough. Most of them are not combed and slightly grass roots. The twisted yarn is thick and the texture is large. It is a traditional natural material.
｜Cleaning and maintenance instructions
Washing method: The same as general wool. In order to maintain long-term use, professional dry cleaning is recommended. If you wash it yourself, please wash it by hand separately, use neutral detergent, and dry it flat in a cool place. Do not bleach or tumble dry; ironing requires a cloth mat and the temperature should not exceed 110 degrees.
Long-term storage: If you do not use it for a while, it is recommended to store the cape in a ventilated sealable bag after basic cleaning. Keep it dry to avoid mold or insect infestation.
Alpacas are distributed in the plateaus of South America. In order to adapt to the cold mountain climate, the wool fibers of alpacas are hollow, which has better warmth retention and breathability. They can be said to be "Cashmir wool of South America". Cloaks made of alpaca wool are a powerful weapon for local people to resist the cold climate of the mountains.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Do not sent it directly to the address on the parcel. Maybe it’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouse, and which is not correct.
